I really love our location! We’re right next to the train station, close to Lidl, convince store and a fruit & veg stall. As well as a post office, high street of lovely shops and other amenities like GP etc. It feels like home and makes me feel like I can do anything with my day!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always with great attentiveness and care. Mike especially always checks in with us. I can’t believe how quickly he learnt our names and interests. He goes above and beyond. He even remembered I liked books and stopped to tell me about book club!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There were carts that I could’ve used to move my things up!

Exceptional! It’s right next to the train station, multiple grocery stores nearby, nice pubs and cafés surrounding and quite a peaceful area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Dan helped me through the whole process of moving in. He was very attentive and supportive, any problems or questions i had, he made sure to solve and help me, he answered calls very fast and made the whole process very easy. Best service i’ve ever received.

Nothing much to say, everything was said and explained to me before moving in.

Very close to busses and trains. Its in a quiter area of brighton and hove and still connected. Cant think of bad ones

Very well. Always sorted. Some staff members standout in their great hospitality includ8ng Amber.

Water rates were going to rise soo much ! Nothing else

The local attacks great - close to the train station, handy for shops and coffee shops and getting into Brighton city centre.

Badly on the whole. It’s the thing that really lets the development down.

The location is fantastic. Next to Hove mainline station, and very close to the local shopping area. There’s a Dr surgery and pharmacy within walking distance, and 4 major supermarkets nearby too.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The maintenance team are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. To be honest I haven’t had to use them very often.

Be sure to ask about parking. This is a car free building which means you aren’t able to get a permit through the council.
