We bought this home before there was even a brick in the ground, and the moment we saw the open-plan layout and incredible location, we knew it was the one. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s peaceful and safe, yet less than a 10-minute walk to The Lexicon the perfect balance. It’s given us the happiest seven years from getting engaged and married to bringing our daughter home for the very first time. We’ve been so lucky with the loveliest neighbours and have always felt completely at ease here. The sunny garden has been the backdrop to countless parties with friends and family, and weekends are spent enjoying local coffee shops and restaurants, shopping, and making the most of the fantastic parks right on our doorstep ideal for our toddler.We’re so sad to say goodbye, but we know the next owners will create just as many wonderful memories here as we have.
