THE PARK Nestled in the glorious Pembrokeshire countryside with spectacular countryside views towards the Ridgeway, the park enjoys a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere and is ideally located to reach the stunning coastline and the popular seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot, which are approximately five miles away. Manorbier village boasts a famous Norman Castle, Church and a sandy beach, as well as amenities including shop/post office, train station and pub which are all within walking distance. Holiday home owners enjoy the use of the Clubhouse with weekend entertainment for their enjoyment.

INFORMATION Site fees start from £4,500 per year. 

Maintenance payment yearly in September £300 this includes upkeep of the grounds and refuse collection

Utilities (mains calor gas, electricity and water) are metered and billed quarterly.

Decking needs to be added to the Holiday Home via your own cost.

The park will be open for the full 12 months of the year so you can holiday all year round. Holiday home owners will have to provide proof of another main residence.
