I have lived in Gloucester Avenue for the last 13 years. I bought the maisonette because I loved the garden and the easy access out the back door. I have spent many happy summers out there enjoying the sunshine. I also love the open, bright living space which is big enough to have friends and family over for dinner etc. The bedroom has built in wardrobes for added storage and there is parking space outside.

The flat is in a quiet cul de sac, tucked away at the end. Over the last few years I have spent many hours walking and exploring the wider area of Shinfield and the different open spaces all within walking distance. The local shops are also handy for last minute buys.

The maisonette has been a great first home for me and I hope that it will bring someone else just as much joy.
