Directions
From Exeter take the A376 and take a left at the first roundabout signposted Woodbury and Budleigh Salterton. On entering Woodbury continue down Globe Hill and at the bottom turn left signposted Woodbury Salterton. Follow this road through the village for approximately 3/4 mile turning right into Summerfield. Continue up Summerfield taking the second turning right and the property can be found in the corner of the cul de sac.
