The entire apartment has new floors that were put in in 2006 when a full restoration took place.

The original windows have been restored and the shutters have always been maintained.

In many ways the 'piece di resistance' is downstairs kitchen and garden over looking the river. This lower room is probably an old cantina and is accessed from within the building. It is restored into a summer kitchen leading straight out to the solarium.

This area has been restored structurally recently.
