On the Ground-floor, there is also a well equipped kitchen that includes 2 fridge-freezers, a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven as well as a handy combination microwave/oven. A new breakfast bar with stools located in the communal space offers the opportunity for students to socialise and study together. Patio doors then lead out to a well maintained garden area with a patio and lawn area. The patio is home to new outside seating and towards the back of the garden, there is suitable bike storage facilities and a gate to the front, providing flexibility when moving bins and bikes. At OpenArch, we have gardeners that look after all our student gardens, meaning all tenants can relax outside when the good weather rolls around.
