The Zenith building will be subject to external cladding work being carried out. The block management company have given notice for exterior refurbishment works to commence April 2026 and be completed April 2027.
The external cladding will be replaced in selected places with use of scaffolding and protective sheeting. Lawtech have been employed to undertake the remedial works. Once Lawtech have initially setup and they have covered all safety procedures they will commence planned works. Lawtech's aim is to cause minimum disruption to residents but it is anticipated that there will be periods when there will be either no or restricted use of windows and balconies during the works.
Lawtech's normal working hours are 08:00am to 05.00pm (Mon-Fri) with noisy works being undertaken between 8:30am and 5pm (Mon-Fri), they will try to keep this to a minimum where possible.
