Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Since moving to this area I’ve genuinely enjoyed every part of living here. It has great balance of convenience, community and comfort, one of the things I appreciate most is how well everything is connected shops, cafe, parks and transport links quickly grown to love the vibe here
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always, very quick answer and they always willing to help
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how friendly the team is I would have moved here well before
Manager's response5Hi Angi, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and we are delighted to hear that you’ve settled in quickly and feel at home. It’s fantastic to hear that the move-in process was seamless as we understand how stressful moving home can be. It’s great feedback to learn about the team’s responsiveness also as we are committed to keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently, ensuring residents feel supported so we are delighted to hear that you do!! Hearing that the convenience and connectivity of the area, together with the community have enhanced your living experience, plus your positive note about the vibes and amenities means a lot to us. We’re especially happy to hear you’d have chosen us sooner if you’d known how friendly the team is—thank you for that kind insight. If there’s anything else you’d like to see improve or any suggestions for the neighbourhood, please don’t hesitate to share. We’re always listening and looking for ways to enhance your living experience here. Best wishes, The AWOL Team

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It is a very convenient location for me as it's very close to my work place. However as the area is still developing there's not much around. Especially in terms of groceries, nothing is close so I get online deliveries to my place. On the bright side there is a bus stop right outside the building, so you can easily get public transports.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When I first moved in I didn't have hot water but the maintenance team responded quickly and fixed everything within a day
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Big cemetery outside... if you're a very spiritual person you might not get used to it. However, a nicer way to see it is that you'll have a very quiet neighbourhood. Personally I got used to the graves very quickly and I like the view on the London skyline.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are multiple shops which I personally love, from needing a coffee, groceries, and train station. Everything is local and max 2 minute walk to whatever you need. Everything is private and you feel safe and secure living here. I have not witnessed any ASB as of yet and all residents seem to be friendly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
So far I have had no problems apart from sorting out the utility bills which is not AWOL’s fault as the utility companies are external companies
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
More direct sunlight into the bedrooms due to my current address is slightly dark but the most smallest issue which I am adapting to
Manager's response5Dear Nas, Thank you so much for your wonderful and detailed review. We are delighted to hear that you are enjoying the facilities at One West Point, especially the gym and the dog training and grooming room! It’s great to know that both you and your dog are making the most of the spaces, and that the convenience of having everything you need just a short walk away has made such a positive difference to your experience. Creating a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our residents is a top priority for us, so we truly appreciate your kind words about the community and our on-site team. Thank you as well for your honest note regarding the natural light in the bedroom. We appreciate constructive feedback, and if there’s ever anything we can do to help improve your comfort in the apartment, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We’re also pleased that your move-in process was smooth and that any queries, even those involving external utility providers, have been straightforward to navigate. If you need any assistance with the appliances or fixtures in your apartment, don't hesitate to reach out to the team via the AWOL app or Concierge. Thank you again for recommending AWOL. We are so glad to have you as part of the community and can’t wait to welcome you to an AWOL event soon! Best wishes, The AWOL Team

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
In this area, there aren’t many shops, restaurants, or bars nearby, but transport links are good with the underground easily accessible. Parking is practically non-existent, with no spaces available.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has been extremely responsive and efficient. There’s a handy app to report any issues in the apartment, and the team quickly arranges maintenance to fix them. Communication is clear, they are approachable, and we always feel listened to and supported. Overall, we are genuinely very satisfied with how proactive and reliable the management has been.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
street parking is nearly impossible, so if you have a car, consider the building parking. There aren’t many spots, and it costs extra.
Manager's response5Dear Manuel, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review and we are delighted that you are enjoying living at One West Point. We strive hard to ensure that residents are happy and it’s great to hear that you are using the amenities within the building and also enjoying the convenience of the location. If you would like to discuss any parking requirements with the team we can assist with finding you a space in the basement carpark, do reach out to the AWOL team if so. It’s great that you are using the AWOL app and that the maintenance team have been on hand and efficient, customer service is a huge focus for us so it’s great to receive feedback such as this. Thank you for your 5* rating and we look forward to welcoming you to an AWOL event soon. Best wishes, Team AWOL

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We are very lucky to have WestField on our doorstep which is very convenient and a great place to meet and socialise with friends. Transport links are very good buses 2 minutes from the building and the tube station a 10 minute walk making travel very easy. I watched the development go up as I drove past most days and very happy with the end result. The street is very busy no parking directly outside but there are parking bays further up the road and a monitored car park nearby. The bin collection area is very clean and organised. It would be useful and convenient to have a mini supermarket and maybe a coffee shop on the premises. I haven’t seen or heard of any anti social behaviour so far and I’m looking forward to being on the balcony in the summer!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very responsive I had a problem with my en suite shower when I moved in and because of the Christmas holidays I had to wait to get it sorted But it was rectified straight after and I have not had any problems since and I am happy.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Minimal noise which of course you don’t know about until you actually move in - but no disturbance from any neighbours apart from some door slamming late at night.
