Gabriel’s Square has been our first home together and it will always be special to us.

We moved in as a new couple and have grown into the next chapter of our lives here. During our time in the flat we got engaged, celebrated our wedding & are now expecting our first baby. It has been the perfect place to start our story. One of the things we have loved most is the green just across from the property. In the summer we have spent so many evenings walking there, enjoying the open space and heading on to the local pubs. It gives the area a calm, open feel that is rare to find, especially with everything else so close by.

Maiden Place is only a short walk away, which has been so convenient for us. The local shops and café are great to have on your doorstep, whether you need to pick something up quickly or want a relaxed coffee at the weekend. For bigger shops, everything you need is only a short drive away, which has made day to day life easy. The location has also been ideal for commuting. Winnersh Triangle Train Station is close by and access to the M4 is quick and simple, making travel to Reading or further afield straightforward.

The neighbours here are genuinely friendly and kind. They have taken in parcels for us, kept an eye on things when we have been away on holiday and always stop for a chat. It makes a real difference living somewhere that feels welcoming.

The flat itself is a well laid out one bedroom home, ideal for a first time buyer or someone looking to downsize. It feels bright and easy to maintain, with everything you need in a manageable space. There is one allocated parking space and we have always found there is plenty of additional space available at the front for visitors.

Gabriel’s Square has given us so many happy memories and has been the perfect first home. It has been a place where we have built strong foundations and felt settled. We are now ready for our next step, but we know the next owners will enjoy living here just as much as we have.
