Lovely walks, easy access to shops. Fairly well connected - main road nearby and train station circa 15 minutes away. Street seems quiet. Parking is good. TBC re bins but good storage for them and hoping for first pickup tomorrow.

Yes, so far, all has been well. We have asked a few queries or raised a few snagging issues and these have been responded to promptly.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is very convenient to live in. There is a good range of shops within walking distance, as well as several nice green spaces nearby for walks. The street itself is generally quiet and feels safe. Bin collections are regular and well organised, and we have not experienced any anti-social behaviour. Overall it is a comfortable and well-connected neighbourhood to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded quickly and professionally to any questions or small issues we raised. Communication has been easy and friendly, and problems were resolved without delays.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly there were no major surprises after moving in. The experience has been very consistent with what we expected from the viewing and communication beforehand.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The estate is close to many supermarkets, schools and even the hospital. Is a bit more out of the way for restaurants and bars etc, however, due to this it does reward with a quiet way of living. Roads are quite narrow especially when you’re parked on the road and can get quite busy when parents are collecting children from the gym, however, there is plenty of drive space to fit 2 cars per household. The estate is always left clean and there is rarely litter flying around.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have not dealt with any issues to comment so n/a
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The gym can get very busy around end of working day and can at times be difficult to navigate round to your home
Manager's response4Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re really pleased to hear that you’re enjoying the layout of your home, particularly the added privacy of the living space and the storage available throughout the property. It’s also great to know that the location of the estate and the quieter surroundings are working well for you, and that the community initiatives and activities are helping to bring residents together; this is something we’re keen to continue building on. We appreciate your feedback regarding the minor fitting issues and the heating and water system. Comments like this are really helpful for us and our development partners as we continue to improve the experience for residents. If there are any items you would like our team to take a closer look at, please do feel free to reach out. Thank you again for your recommendation and for being part of the community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There isn’t many local shops nearby but there is a nice park nearby. Unfortunately there isn’t spaces for parking which is inconvenient when you did shopping and you need to walk roughly 5 mins to your home. The area feels safe which is nice and comforting. The only noise at the moment is the noise from the builders Infront but that will soon stop so it’s not a problem
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes in a timely manner. She is brilliant, so no problems there
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It was difficult booking a viewing with allsop . We called so many times and no one helped , when we finally got a viewing we didn’t even receive a confirmation email which was requested and when we showed up there was no one expecting us. we had to ask to be let in by a neighbour who called the property manager for us who clearly didn’t know about our viewing.
Manager's response3Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your experience living at the property. We genuinely appreciate residents highlighting both the positives and areas where improvements can be made. We’re pleased to hear your kind comments about the property manager and that she has been responsive and helpful when issues have arisen. Providing timely support to residents is extremely important to us, and we’re glad this has been reflected in your experience. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of the apartment have not met your expectations. Your comments regarding workmanship and materials have been noted and will be shared with the relevant teams so that they can be reviewed and considered for future improvements and maintenance works. Regarding the heating in the building during winter, we certainly want residents to feel comfortable in their homes. We will feed this back and communicate back accordingly. We also apologise for the difficulties you experienced when initially arranging your viewing. That is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we will pass this feedback to the letting team so that processes can be reviewed. Thank you again for your honest feedback and for highlighting the aspects of the area and building that you do enjoy, including the nearby park and the sense of safety in the neighbourhood.
