“We love the openness of this house, from early spring onwards it’s getting home to sunshine, opening the bifolds, with a coffee or a glass of wine and watching the sky change into a million different colours, occasionally having a bbq, where one or three of our neighbours and friends come. Laughter of our children fills the house and our tummies full as the sun goes down the marshmallows get toasted and another bottle of wine gets opened. We also love cooking and dancing in our kitchen!”

The home

A generously proportioned mid terrace home and a wealth of original features and high ceilings. There is a large living room to the front with bay window and period fireplace. The middle of the house is home to a second reception room which has been cleverly opened up into the kitchen making it the ideal space for families. The rear of the house has been cleverly designed into a spacious kitchen/diner with a floor to ceiling window at the side and bi-fold doors at the rear letting in masses of natural light. Upstairs are three double bedrooms and the family bathroom with a thin framed skylight.

The outside

The house enjoys amazing views of Bristol from the raised decked which also incorporates an outside cooking area. There is also a good sized lawn.
