WinWin Estates is a Cyprus company founded in 2007. The Company engages in real estate investing, advisory and brokerage activities primarily in Paphos and Limassol. In addition to managing the capital of its principals, WinWin Estates has been retained by institutional investors to acquire individual properties or portfolios of properties or participate in corporate restructurings of real estate development companies.

The Company, that holds a real estate brokerage license under Cyprus law, is also in a position to advise and assist owners of individual units on how to best manage their properties either through outright sale or rental. WinWin Estates has an extensive sales network with offices and associates in Cyprus (Paphos, Limassol and Nicosia), China, Russia, Norway, England and Middle East. The headquarters of the Company are centrally located in Paphos with associates readily available to assist with inquiries in English, Greek, Russian and Chinese.

The Company seeks to work as a trusted partner to real estate owners, investors and developers in various capacities ranging from a principal making an acquisition, to an intermediary executing a transaction, an advisor offering real estate management and restructuring advice or a developer/co-developer. In all instances and capacities, our philosophy is to facilitate and execute transactions with integrity, fairness and professionalism.

The main principals of the company have more than 80 years of combined experience in real estate development, finance, property valuation and sales and marketing.
