“My house is spacious, quiet and we have a great community. The location is extremely convient, lots of shops nearby and walking distance to Bristol Temple Meads train station. There’s also lots of green parks nearby - Arnos Vale Park, Arnos Vale Cemetery, Redcatch Park and Callington Road Nature Reserve. I love having a garden office. It means when I’m working from home, I can escape all my chores and family. The garden is also a great place to host family, BBQs and parties.”

The house

A beautifully extended four bedroom mid terrace house in Knowle. On the ground floor - the downstairs reception has been knocked through to create an open plan living space, the front of which has a bay window raised making it light and bright. The kitchen has been extended at the rear with space for a large dining table and bifold doors onto the rear garden. There is also a downstairs loo. Upstairs are three bedrooms and the family bathroom on the first floor and the loft has been converted into a gorgeous master bedroom with ensuite shower room and views across Bristol.

The outside

The garden has a paved seating area directly from the kitchen doors and then a raised lawn with flowerbeds. There’s a spacious garden office and large shed in the garden. The office is fully insulated with electricity and wifi making it the perfect space to work from home and hear the birds.
