Our downstairs living space is what we’ve enjoyed most enjoyed as its open layout allows us to host large family gatherings without it ever feeling crowded.  The area has also been a highlight, with beautiful walks through Banstead Woods and lovely local favorites such as Fego, The White Hart and Ramblers Rest. With easy access to Coulsdon South and Woodmansterne railway station, day-to-day life is simple and enjoyable. It’s a welcoming neighborhood with a strong sense of community, with lots of young families on the road. We hope the next owners will feel just as at home as we have."
