Description

Chris’s Comments

As you approach the home, the first thing that stands out is how smart and fresh it feels from the outside. Step through the front door and you’re welcomed by a spacious entrance hallway, which immediately sets the tone for the amount of space this home offers.

To the front of the house is a generous living room with a lovely bay window that brings plenty of natural light in. It’s a really comfortable room to relax in and it flows nicely through towards the rear of the home where the kitchen breakfast area sits.

The kitchen has been completely redone and looks fantastic. It’s modern, stylish and practical, with plenty of worktop space and room for a dining table. It’s very much the heart of the home and the kind of space that works perfectly for everyday living as well as having friends or family over. Just off the kitchen you’ll also find a useful utility space and a downstairs WC, which is always handy.

Upstairs the house continues to impress with four genuinely good sized bedrooms, something that’s quite rare at this price point. The bathroom has also been completely refitted and now offers a smart four piece suite with both a bath and a separate shower.

What’s particularly appealing about this home is that everything has been done for you. It has been fully renovated throughout with new electrics, a new boiler, new radiators, fresh flooring and carpets, along with a full redecoration, so buyers can simply move straight in and start enjoying the space.

Outside, the garden has been designed to be low maintenance, making it easy to enjoy without lots of upkeep, and the property also benefits from a garage.

At around 1,352 sq ft, the overall size here is excellent for a four bedroom home, especially in this location. You’re also within walking distance of well regarded schools and everyday amenities, which makes it a really practical option for families or buyers wanting that extra bit of space without taking on a renovation project.

Overall, it’s a brilliant opportunity to buy a spacious home that feels fresh, modern and ready to enjoy from day one.
