5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location - two really nice coffee shops on site and nearby to really nice local pubs / restaurants. Very close to the train station (less than a five minute walk) and 10 minutes into the city centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
As mentioned above, issues are dealt with very promptly. I reported an issue with my washing machine to Jac at reception and within one day it had been resolved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How friendly the community is - everyone is very friendly around mustard wharf. The staff, especially Jac are always up for a nice chat!

Good access to public transport as near the train and bus station! Close to the centre of town so great to pop to the shops :)

How quick it would take to get a parking space. How to sign up to events they host to make sure we get a space.

Great range and quality of local shops, restaurants, bars and open spaces and convenient and available transport links. Living on this street is very nice and quiet, and looks amazing.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They're always really helpful - every problem we have is resolved quickly and well. Jac especially is always smiling, friendly, and incredibly helpful - every interaction feels positive and brightens our day. Any time we need help, Jac is there to offer support and gives thoughtful advice.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There are no insights, good or bad, which I couldn't get from a typical viewing or tips I would share with a new neighbour.

The location is perfect for bars, restaurants, train station etc. parking is the only issue but it’s sortable, just not many good value options

I haven’t had to raise any issues but the team were very quick at responding to any questions I had regarding decoration

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I’ve been living at Mustard Wharf for ~6 months now after moving overseas. I immediately knew it was the place for me after seeing the location; with tons of great restaurants, pubs, and cafes nearby, easily accessible to City Centre, shopping centers, and walking paths. The area has been safe, quiet and laidback despite being so close (6 min walk) to the train station. The staff at reception are all welcoming and very friendly and have made the transition to the area seamless. Every time I stop by the main building Jac is always amazing, whether it’s to help out with any questions or just saying hello and asking about your day.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The staff always respond to and are on top of handling any facility issues very promptly. After my initial move in I had an issue with the door key and the same day one of the staff, Jac, was upstairs helping get it sorted. Ryan and the facility management staff have been great with responding to alteration requests and always give as far advance notice about any planned work going on as well - whether it be inside the flat or in common areas.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
All of the amenities; On top of the gym and common areas, as a resident you’ll get discounts to some locally partnered businesses and a number of organized events that are great for meeting other residents. You also have a good amount of flexibility with requests to decorate the flats, allowing you to make it truly feel like your own place.
