SEVEN EN-SUITE BEDROOMS AND THREE KITCHENS
The 400 m² main house is arranged across two generously proportioned floors. At its heart is a 50 m² masonry kitchen with hand-decorated tiles, a built-in barbecue and a wood-burning oven – an environment that evokes the old Sicilian culinary traditions while equipped with every modern convenience. The adjoining reception rooms feature handcrafted wooden panelling and a large open fireplace, creating the kind of atmosphere where evenings stretch long into the night.

On the ground floor of this building, two en-suite bedrooms accessibility and privacy, while upstairs three further bedrooms have exposed timber-beam ceilings, their own bathrooms and, in two cases, private terraces with panoramic views over the Trapanese countryside.

Across the courtyard, the 100m2 guest house boasts two more bedrooms, and a kitchen of its own. Perhaps best of all, under the shade of a monumental portico, is the outdoor kitchen, built in masonry with a wood-burning oven; an amazing way to keep the family connected on a sunny summer's day


A PULL AND A PARK - THE PERFECT ESCAPE INTO NATURE
The other outdoor spaces are no less exceptional. From the terrace the grounds slope gently towards a 10 × 6 m swimming pool with a solarium, hydromassage jacuzzi and day-beds.

Beyond this, the huge parkland estate is a botanical treasure trove. Tall pines rise over groves of olives, almond trees and Mediterranean ornamental plantings, all of which can be explored along a winding network of terracotta pathways and stone walls. It's a private world of scent and shade with beautiful views of the surrounding hills and magnificent island sunsets.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, with LPG heating, independent water supply including a private well and 30,000-litre storage capacity, and mains connections throughout – ready for year-round living or premium holiday letting.


AN UNBEATABLE BASE FOR EXPLORING WESTERN SICILY
Shops and restaurants can be found in the nearest town, Salemi, less than two kilometres away. This charming village grew up around an imposing castle, and is now ranked as one of the most beautiful small towns in Italy, according to the prestigious Borghi più Belli d'Italia organisation.

The E90 motorway is ten minutes by car, placing Trapani and its airport within half an hour and Palermo within about an hour. San Vito Lo Capo, the Trapani salt flats, Selinunte, Segesta, the temples of Agrigento and Mazara del Vallo are all within easy day-trip range.
