5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is excellent and very convenient. Transport links are extremely good and it is very easy to travel anywhere in London. Battersea Park is very close, which makes it perfect for walks and spending time outdoors. The proximity to Battersea Power Station is also a great advantage, with many restaurants, shops and cafés nearby. In addition, Battersea Power Station Underground station provides quick and easy access to the rest of the city.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team was always responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Any issue we raised was handled quickly and professionally. Communication was clear and efficient, and the team always tried their best to resolve matters as soon as possible.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing we really appreciated after moving in was how convenient the location is. Being so close to Battersea Park is wonderful for walks and relaxation, and the proximity to Battersea Power Station means there are many restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. The Battersea Power Station Underground station also makes travelling across London very easy.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The building is quiet despite being near the motorway, you really don’t hear much noise. The building itself is also calm and quiet and a great place to work, study or relax. The location is superb just being west end and city centre! There is a large Lidl nearby, plus cafes, bars and gyms so it ticks all the boxes for us.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Michael from maintenance has been great from the start and always on hand to help!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It’s a quiet space and a mix of students, families and young couples. It’s very chill and quiet which we didn’t expect but do enjoy.

Expensive overground parking with constantly broken gates. The area is noisy due to gas pipes works in the last 9 months.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They tried to ignore the issues first till we chased them a few times. Even when they promised that they will fix/send an engineer, they kept silent afterwards till you chase them again. Issues could have been fixed in days often get unresolved for months.
