Description

Sellers Comment...
Dukes Wood has been an amazing home for our family over the last 10 years. The cul de sac is just the perfect balance of quiet and secluded but with fantastic neighbours, who have enriched our lives.
The property was extended when we bought it and so we have been able to make use of the extensive space to fit our needs. We added a gym and solar panels which have made our life much more economic. We also remodelled the garden to create a sociable space that has given us many great memories, whether that be playing in the summer with our son, or bbqs going on late into the night around the fire.
From day one we loved being able to walk to the high street so easily. Popping to the shops, eating out or grabbing a pint or two is dangerously never more than 5 minutes away! It has been the perfect family home for us as our son went through school first at CoE and then Edgbarrow and though we will be very sad to leave, we know it will be just as perfect for the next family.

Will & Mike's Comment...
Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in one of Crowthorne’s popular family-friendly spots, this extended four-bedroom home has been thoughtfully upgraded and beautifully maintained by the current owners. With modern additions such as solar panels and an electric car charger, it’s a home that balances comfort, style and practicality for modern family living. As you arrive, you’ll notice the generous driveway parking for two to three cars, setting the tone for the space this home offers. Stepping inside, you’re welcomed by a bright and inviting entrance hall. From here you’ll find a convenient downstairs cloakroom and bespoke storage neatly fitted beneath the stairs. To the left of the home sits a lovely front-to-back lounge, filled with natural light. This is a cosy yet spacious room, complete with a charming log burner and doors opening out to the garden. Throughout the home, you’ll spot thoughtful touches like the solid oak internal doors, which add a real sense of quality and warmth. Flowing on from the lounge is a versatile family snug and dining area, another sociable space with garden access that works brilliantly for modern family life.
On the other side of the home, you’ll find a spacious kitchen with mostly fitted appliances, offering plenty of room for cooking and gathering. This leads through to a generous utility room, which then opens onto a separate study and an additional space currently set up as a gym. Upstairs, there are four well-proportioned bedrooms. Two of the rooms benefit from built-in storage, while the main bedroom enjoys the added luxury of its own ensuite shower room. A family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms.
Outside, the east-facing garden is a lovely place to start the day, with a pleasant decking area that’s perfect for morning coffee or summer barbecues. The garden also benefits from side access on both sides
