Description

Guide Price £800,000 to £850,000

The current owners have thoughtfully allowed the property to display the period features that continue throughout the property.

As you enter the property, there is a choice of equally stunning rooms: the reception room or the master bedroom. The large window overlooking the garden in the reception room naturally draws you in and is hard to leave.

The separate kitchen is triple aspect, allowing you to appreciate the light during the day. With ample space for a dining table and it leads to the shared garden, it makes it the perfect space for entertaining, relaxing or even a desk. The kitchen is fully integrated with all your everyday mod cons and has plenty of work surfaces to cook.

Unusually large master bedroom offers a sense of solace and further benefits from two built-in wardrobes and space for several chests of drawers.

The versatile second bedroom works perfectly as there is space for a double bed or desk, making it ideal for young kids, guests or those working from home.

The bathroom is well proportioned for the property with its own character, creating a pleasant space.

The well-maintained shared garden is a joy and is a huge bonus to the property.

Other things to note;

  • New Decking

  • New Boiler

  • Potential to make the fireplace to be operational

  • Large internal storage cupboard

Owner’s Comments;

From the moment we first stepped into this exceptionally spacious and light-filled two-bedroom flat, it felt more like a house than an apartment. The generous size of the rooms really surprised us, and the natural light pouring through the large windows immediately made it feel warm and welcoming.

One of the things we’ve loved most about living here is how peaceful it feels. The living room looks out onto beautiful trees, and being in a conservation area means the surroundings are wonderfully green and calm. Sitting there with a coffee or a book, watching the leaves move in the breeze, has been one of our favourite ways to relax. The flat is incredibly quiet, so despite being in such a well-connected area, it always feels like a little sanctuary.

Each bedroom has its own character. We chose calming, soft colours that make them feel restful and cosy, creating spaces that are perfect for winding down at the end of the day. They’re bright, comfortable rooms that feel peaceful throughout the seasons.

Another favourite feature of ours is the garden, which feels like a private retreat. It’s lovely all year round, but in spring and summer it really comes to life with flowers, plants and greenery, a perfect place to sit outside, read, or enjoy a quiet moment.

The location has also been a huge part of why we’ve loved living here. Nature is right on the doorstep, with Queen’s Wood, Highgate and Hampstead Heath all nearby, making it ideal for walks and getting some fresh air. At the same time, you’re close to the vibrant atmosphere of Stroud Green, Crouch End and Islington, with their fantastic cafés, bars and independent shops.

Some of our favourite local spots include Floral Hall cocktail bar just a minute away, and Caffeinate at the end of the road for great coffee. Across the street, Hornsey Library is a wonderful local gem, and we also love Le Du Garçon French cuisine and Bar Esteban for tapas. Parkland Walk is just minutes away and leads straight to the Sunday Farmers’ Market in Stroud Green  one of our favourite weekend rituals.

For us, this flat has offered the perfect balance: a peaceful, green home that feels tucked away, yet with some of North London’s best neighbourhoods right on the doorstep. It has been a truly special place to live.

Location;

Neighboring three very sought after locations that include Crouch End, Highgate and Stroud Green that collectively offer a wide range of everyday amenities, award-winning bars, and restaurants. Also has an array of boutique shops and coffee shops.

The property is surrounded by local parks and The Parkland Walk leading to Highgate.

Transport;

Archway, Highgate and Finsbury Park Underground Stations are all a short bus journey away offering various different lines and options to Central London, The West End and beyond.

Crouch Hill Overground Station is another option too.

Ideal for young families and those looking for their next chapter in life.
