    It’s always clean and never had any problems. If anything needs fixed it does straight away! I just wish there was a shop close

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Promptly and swiftly. Had an issue with the dishwasher and washing machine and was sorted the next day

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I knew how cold it gets in the winter in these flats and how hot in the summer!

    Lots of cool shops, friendly environments and cool places to walk to and hangout with friends and family.

    The building management here are very fast at responding and resolving our problems.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I knew how cool and nice everyone was and that I’d moved here sooner :D

    Great location, coop on site, exchange quay tram stop just across the road, easy and quick to get into town.

    Any concerns raised within my flat have been dealt with and resolved

    Pros: It is close to train station which makes it easy to get to London. Cons: Dust from trains, cannot open window due to the noise, also, I have to get additional window coverings to be able to sleep from 24/7 lights from station.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The problems are log but the time frame to get issues are problems rectified and and lengthy.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The amount of dust that comes off the trains passing by, you will forever be dusting. And if you in the side of the station, there is a good amount of light pollution.
