    overall amazing, services and employees are the best. But the one negative is the gym, it is too small and doesn’t have enough equipment..

    i have not had any issues yet but i’m sure they’d fix it

    nothing, i knows about everything because i booked a viewing and the employee that showed me around told me about everything.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The local area is fantastic and very convenient to live in. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés nearby, along with green spaces for walking and relaxing. Transport links are excellent with easy access to buses and other connections, making commuting simple. The street itself is generally quiet and well maintained, with regular bin collections and a friendly neighbourhood atmosphere.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Whenever I’ve raised a question or small issue, the building management team has responded quickly and professionally. They are helpful, easy to contact and always keep residents updated. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently and any problems are resolved in a timely manner.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Honestly, there weren’t many surprises because the experience of living here has been very positive. One thing I’d say is that the building and community are very well maintained, which makes it a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. The management team are also very supportive and responsive, which makes day-to-day living here smooth and stress-free.

    living in this area is really convenient and comfortable. There aren’t many walkable shops right on the doorstep, so you do usually need to drive or get transport to pick things up. However, there’s actually a lot nearby within a short drive. there can be traffic but that is mostly all t city centres

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    All problems i’ve raised were dealt with personally and quickly by lobby staff which i greatly appreciate.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Not allowed to have delivery food directly to your door.

    Negative: no parking at all (besides paying £2,000/year on the parking nearby) and it's overall just an expensive apartment Positive: centrally located, friendly staff, good free gym, beautiful views and apartments

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We had an issue with the dishwasher and they came and fix it immediately, which was great. I know if I need anything, they'll fix it ASAP.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Parking costs. But that's honestly on me. Other than that? Not really anything. I'm happy to live here.
