The land is located in the sought after hamlet of Blissford, occupying a sheltered position at the head of a Forestry Commission track that provides direct access to the open acres of the New Forest. The adjoining village of Godshill (approx. 1 mile) has a public house and village hall, whilst there is a shop and leisure facilities open to local residents at Sandy Balls Holiday Centre. The neighbouring villages of Frogham and Hyde between them provide another popular public house, a reputable primary school, church and garden centre with tea rooms.

Leave Fordingbridge on the B3078 Southampton Road to Godshill. At the top of the hill turn right into Blissford Road and follow the road as it descends towards the watersplash. Turn left immediately into the bridleway after the ford and the land will be located on the left hand side.
