5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area isn’t bad and it’s only going to get better. Living here is a great experience one that is full of privileges.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes many times all of their maintenance team are very friendly and very helpful and very prompt in their work. In my most recent case it would be with Paul.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing to be said here everything is very advertised in regards to what you will receive

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I really like the overall area and accessibility to the shops. The tram station is just a few minutes away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Paul from the maintenance team did a quick and fantastic job. Really appreciate his efforts and friendly attitude.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
A list of places for shopping. I wish I had known a bit more about how the building facilities are booked and used, as well as the typical response times for maintenance requests. It also would have been helpful to understand the building’s communication channels and community guidelines earlier. Overall, though, the move-in process and experience have been smooth.

2Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The development is well located with reasonable access to local amenities. The immediate surroundings of the building itself, however, let things down. Communal outdoor areas are poorly maintained, with drainage issues causing regular flooding on pathways and green spaces that are largely unusable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maintenance requests were regularly mishandled. Scheduled appointments were missed, responses were slow, and we were rarely kept informed without having to chase. Most seriously, someone attempted to enter the apartment unannounced with no outstanding maintenance request or prior notice. When raised as a formal concern, this was dismissed with a vague explanation that they had picked up the wrong keys. For a private residence, this was completely unacceptable and was not treated with the seriousness it warranted.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The gap between what is advertised and the reality of day-to-day management. Facilities are not reliably maintained and getting issues resolved takes significant personal effort with little support from the team.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location with excellent transportation links and proximity to green spaces, shops and restaurants. However, parking is costly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Valdiney and groundskeepers always respond quickly to any maintenance requests and have always resolved them in my experience. They are very polite and easy to deal with.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The apartments aren't air-conditioned so it can get quite hot in the summer!
Manager's response4Dear Kelechi, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that Valdiney and our groundskeepers have been responsive and that you’re enjoying the facilities and events at Coppermaker. We appreciate your comments regarding parking and apartment comfort, and we’ll continue looking at ways to enhance the experience for all our residents. Best regards, The Coppermaker Square Team

The good: great transport links, plenty of restaurants, lots of shopping options and also presence of security. The bad: very busy at all times, particularly when West Ham play at home
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The concierge team are highly responsive to requests
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The management team are unable to accommodate requests for furniture removal (ie removing bed from a second room so that it can be used as an office).
Manager's response5Dear Ron, thank you very much for sharing your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that Kelly and the concierge team went above and beyond to facilitate the surprise family reunion.
