The location is highly convenient, as it is situated directly next to the station, making commuting quick and accessible. However, this convenience could be further enhanced if the side entrance of the station were open and accessible, as it would provide a more direct and efficient route for residents, particularly during busy times or for those approaching from that side of the property.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I would like to commend David from the maintenance team for his assistance with my request regarding our unit’s heating and cooling meter. He was attentive, responsive, and handled my request promptly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I hope that they have explain that there is a separate payment of the heating/cooling and electricity. I hope they should include that details so the tenants would know the expected bill monthly.

Really well accessible, and well resourced with the tesco and sainsburys nearby. It's fantastic to have Box Park and all of Croydon nearby as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, issues with the balcony door that has a dodgy seal. It's being looked into.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Perhaps about the length of time it's taken to fully build out all of the promised amenities.

I wish I had known how busy the area gets during peak hours, especially with traffic and noise levels. It can be quite lively, which is great at times, but also something to consider if you value peace and quiet regularly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond quickly and fix issues efficiently ok

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is quite nice and safe. It's also quite busy if you're into that and lively as well. You have the box part quite close and you have some restaurants as well just stone throw away. You also have a lot of convenience stores and groceries shop close by. You're 2 mins away from Tesco and 4 mins away from sainsbury. You have the lloyds park and queens park closeby too
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They've been quite quick in responding to issues. I needed my washer fixed and they came a few hours after it's been fixed and did a wonderful job.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
They don't really talk about the insites bill which should be included in the energy bills.

Our building is just beside East Croydon station and is near to the town centre and shops are all in walking distance. I would say it’s a convenient and comfortable place to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are professional, kind, skillful, and prompt. Special mention to David who was kind enough to come in on a Saturday just to fix our under-sink pipe.

The Blossoms team has been helpful so far and I hope they continue to be.
