Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's great to be so close to the tram (Cornbrook) and within walking distance of Deansgate and the city centre. I just wish there was a decent coffee shop/bakery nearby - gap in the market for someone to exploit!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems have been dealt with promptly and professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there isn't a decent coffee shop or bakery close by.

Brilliant location with everything in walking distance - big library, supermarkets, charity shops, train station, park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never had an issue with repairs or admin - it’s run super smooth. The communal areas are so clean and well looked after.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You get given a food waste bin so you don’t need to bring your own.
