Love Leith, Leith Saturday market is perfect, and the tram to central Edinburgh is so quick and clean. Lack of parking is a problem, hopefully resolved soon. Very happy to be here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
As above, we had one minor issue and the management needed to make another visit, both visits resolved quickly and in a friendly way.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Again, we were told we would be on a parking waiting list. We appreciate the aim to limit car use in a city, however parking is still needed.

The public transport links to Dockside are fantastic, with regular buses and trams. The location is also quiet, which compared to my previous flat makes such a difference!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The reception staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve had no issues to date, but feel they are very approachable should need arise.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had asked for a floor plan or the dimensions of the flat.

Overall, the area is lovely with having close access to public transport and having the water of leith being part of our wider neighbourhood which has a variety of venders such as the browns of leith, the Saturday market and Flux.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is great, with them being on site any issues get completed with a timely manner and they are always willing to help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing that wasn’t disclosed was the parking would be needed to be paid for.

I moved here in November 2025, and absolutely love living in this building. If you live alone, the building also offers great social aspect with social events that makes easy to meet people. You definitely recommend living here it’s an exceptional place in a super vibrant area, and if you have a pet you are more than welcome.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had any issues yet, but the team are keen to answer questions.
