RIBA Stage 4 designs and drawings have been prepared, and Goldstein Heather remain engaged to ensure continuity of knowledge and a smooth transition for the incoming developer.

The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) liability has been confirmed at £383,926.83. A Rights of Light policy was enacted in March 2022 and prospective purchasers should satisfy themselves regarding any further obligations.
