    It’s a great area to live in with lots of new places opening like bakeries and coffee shops all the time. It’s well sound proofed and isn’t interfered with by the surrounding bars.

    They deal with issues efficiently and with a friendly manner.

    Ask to see a few different layouts to check it’s the right one for you.

    It’s fantastic living in the area where we are. It’s a short walk into the city centre and there several small Shops nearby for convenience

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building has always helped with any issues we have in a speedy timely manner

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    We wish we knew how many students were allowed to live in the building as it would have affected us moving in

    One of the best things is that there is a supermarket underneath the building and it’s close to the City Centre

    I haven’t had any issues yet but when I ask about something they respond quickly

    No concerns so far, everything’s been great here .

    Right next to town, great location for shops, pubs and transport. Great parking availability and barbers and corner shops in abundance

    Any issues we’ve had have been resolved quickly and without any further problems

    Lack of noise despite being in town, which is a very pleasant surprise at night

    Baltic Yard couldn't be in a better location - short walk to Albert Dock, the city centre and many bars and restaurants. There is also plenty of bus stops nearby and convenience stores and Tesco Express. Everything you could need is within a 10 minute walk. The building itself has two outdoor terraces, residents at Baltic Yard are respectful and polite, never had any issues with noise. There is plenty of parking around the area if on site is not available.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building Management Team are excellent and respond immediately to any concerns or issues raised - though to be fair, that is rare. They have mostly been there to offer support and taken a personal interest in getting to know me - which I truly value.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Wish I had known earlier how easy and great it was going to be, I wouldn't have bothered viewing other apartments.
