The house unfolds as a calm architectural sequence by Nora Studio, where material, light and proportion do most of the work. Built from Marés stone and softened by pale rendered surfaces, the exterior reads as a low, sculptural presence set into the Mallorcan countryside. The gently sloping roofline responds to the landscape and opens views toward the Tramuntana.

At the centre of the plan lies a generous garden, the organizing element that links the social spaces with the private wing. The architecture is grounded in traditional Marés stone construction, softened by pale rendered surfaces and a carefully reduced material language.

On the left side of the plan, the house opens into an open plan living and dining space with an integrated kitchen. Sliding glass openings lead directly to the terrace, drawing light deep into the interior and extending daily life outdoors. Microcement floors run continuously throughout, meeting exposed pine beams overhead. The kitchen is conceived as a built in masonry element finished in microcement and wrapped in fir wood, with discreet utility and guest facilities close by. From the living area, a patio leads to an independent atelier or studio, slightly set apart for work or creative use.

The right wing is dedicated to rest and retreat. A corridor along the garden façade leads to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all shaped by the same calm palette and restrained detailing. Bedrooms remain pared back and serene, while bathrooms are finished in textured stucco with integrated elements and a softly tactile feel. Climate comfort is provided throughout the bedrooms and living room.

Outside, the garden unfolds as an open sun washed plane. The approved swimming pool is positioned close to the terrace, while parking sits at the edge of the plot, keeping the outlook clear and quiet. Overall, the floor plan balances openness and privacy with a composed sequence of living working and sleeping zones unified by material consistency, light and landscape orientation.
