Lezignan has an amazing open-air market every Wednesday , come rain or shine ( usually shine), where you can meet up with your friends for a coffee and buy fresh, local produce and a large selection of French cheeses and wines.
There is a junior school, middle school and large new high school right on your doorstep.
The cycling club of Lezignan is very active and involved in the community and always welcomes new members. The current membership is 55.
Lezignan-Corbières even has its own small airport, which accomodates the flights of small private planes. It also has a parachute club and gliding club.
This busy village doesn't die in the Winter months but stays animated and lively all year round!
There is a bus stop, 200m from this lovely property, where you can jump on the bus, which goes directly to either Carcassonne or Narbonne, for a day's great shopping and exploring.
