from Telford town centre proceed onto the Malinsgate roundabout towards Lawley and Dawley (B5072).  At the Old Park roundabout take the 4th exit down Old Park Way, at the next island proceed straight on 2nd exit onto Mossey Green Way heading directions for Donnington and Oakengates and then take the next left into Shepherds Lane – continue on Shepherds Lane and just before the church proceed down an unmade lane where access to the property is accessed via five bar double opening gates.
