Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fabulous area, local to the city centre only a 10 minute walk. Great access routes to the motorway. Traffic isn't bad getting in and out of Leeds. If I'm being honest, there isn't much bad about living here you either love or hate the city Centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

FABULOUS, we have had various issues but the team have been great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To be honest, they gave us a really good viewing. Nothing was too much. I think the biggest thing was understanding suppliers and also cost of gas electric etc. But that was a minor thing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Gramercy Tower is ideally situated in CF10, right in the heart of Cardiff city centre. The location is outstanding — everything you need is within easy walking distance, including Cardiff Central railway station, excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. The surrounding area is vibrant and well-connected, making commuting and day-to-day life very convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues or queries have been dealt with promptly and professionally by the building management team. They are highly responsive and proactive in resolving any concerns, making for a very smooth and stress-free living experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known just how good the roof terraces and the views would be — it would have made the decision to move in even easier! The co-working space is also a fantastic facility that I didn't fully appreciate until I started using it regularly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

BW is a fabulous development with an extremely convenient location. I travel quite a lot and being close to the station was crucial for me when choosing a flat, and BW truly delivered on that point. Living on the canal cannot be more delightful, and being close to basically everything that Notts has to offer in the city centre is really great. BW is very well connected to the rest of the city (tram, bus) and the country (trains, coaches). I have not experienced any anti-social behaviour, traffic or any other noise in my months living here, nor any odours from the canal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had any issues to report or to be in contact with the landlord.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really, everything was absolutely clear during my viewing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is very convenient with many shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. Public transport is easy to access and makes getting around the city simple. It’s a lively area with many students around and overall feels safe and comfortable to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were very fast and took care of it the next day with ease.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

“I wish I were able to pay rent in shorter periods rather than committing to a full year. It’s not the worst for me, but it may be difficult for others.

    Manager's response

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a great location, a 15 minute walk into town and lots of shops within walking distance. Great for dog walks too. Just needs a coffee shop nearby for those lazy mornings!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, all issues have been dealt with properly and in a good spirit.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I would have known I like yoga as I missed 4 weeks!

    Manager's response

Hello James, Many thanks for your review, we truly appreciate your kind words! There will be lots of new events coming soon! Best Wishes Justin
