IF YOU LIVED HERE...

Spanning over 832 square feet of smart living space, this home is designed for modern comfort. Beyond the charming curved front garden, you’ll find two bright reception rooms featuring neutral tones and smart flooring. The separate kitchen is a practical, well designed space with modern fittings and direct access to the landscaped garden. Here, Japanese-style shingle meets a large lawn and mature foliage, creating a private retreat.

Upstairs, you have three well-balanced bedrooms, each smartly decorated. The family bathroom completes the floor, featuring an over-tub shower and terrazzo-style tiling.

You are perfectly placed to explore the creative heart of Walthamstow. Whether it’s the vast Walthamstow Wetlands, farmers market in of Lloyd Park, or the community vibe of Higham Hill Park, green space is always a stroll away.

The local food and drink scene is world-class. Within 15 minutes, you can pick up pizza at the Italian Bakery, browse biodynamic vino at Forest Wines, or visit the UK’s first dedicated brandy house, Burnt Faith. You’re even near a preserved original Banksy at Bonners fish and chip shop. For socialising, the famous Blackhorse Beer Mile and the new community saunas are right nearby. You’ll never be short of things to do.

WHAT ELSE?

- You’ll also benefit from being just 1.1 miles from the newly opened Soho Theatre Walthamstow, a major cultural landmark brought to life with a £30 million investment as part of the council’s London Borough of Culture 2019 initiative to put arts and culture at the heart of the community.
- Head to Walthamstow Central for Europe’s longest market which runs along Walthamstow High Street, as well 17¢ral shopping centre and Forest Cinema.
- Head towards the Bell junction and Hoe St beyond, and you’ll come across some of the excellent independent ventures, including vegetarian-focused cafe Buhler, award-winning pizza restaurant Sodo, and the gloriously eclectic Walthamstow Trades Hall.

About The Stow Brothers, Walthamstow & Leyton

236 Hoe Street, London, E17 3AY
Industry affiliations:

Our story. Brothers and agents with their own ideas.

Working at various local estate agents, they made a point of considering what they could do better and differently. They deconstructed the old ways, cultivating their own vision and approach. So when the first branch of Stow Brothers launched, their philosophy was clearly defined - to make the entire experience of buying or selling a property as smooth, stress-free and satisfying as possible. The Stow Brothers' style was refreshingly contemporary and open. It centred around being personable, pragmatic and proactive. Not only with their own buyers and sellers, but with others along the chain too. Andrew and Kenny recognised the power of human connection. They knew that everyone they met could potentially come full circle, and one day also become a Stow Brothers customer. A strong visual persona and appreciation of design aesthetics played a critical part in their success story too. Eight years on, The Stow Brothers have grown to become more of an extended family. They are now an established business, with over 50 staff operating from four branches across East London. However, they remain true to their guiding principles, ever-progressive in outlook, and rooted in the community that made them.

Unlike other agents we reward our staff on the quality of work not the quantity of their sales. The customer experience is at the heart of everything we do and our team are rewarded for the feedback they receive.

Our doors are always open, so if you need our free and impartial advice on buying, selling or letting a property please pop by to one of our offices for a chat.
