5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is very nice, clean, and quiet with a pleasant environment and good open spaces. It feels safe and peaceful for living. The only inconvenience is that a vehicle is usually needed to reach grocery stores and nearby supermarkets, as most shops are not within easy walking distance
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I am new here and have not raised any issues yet, but the management and staff seem helpful and responsive.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very nice location , quiet and away from traffic noise. It is in close proximity to transport links and easy to reach. The downside is the lack of parking. We expect to have a parking space outside the block and not 10 minutes walk away! Very difficult when you have shopping bags or returning back home late at night or having to go out very early. Some of us have medical issues that limit our movements. Please look into this ASAP.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The property manager responds to issues raised promptly but I believe the issue is with your supply chain. Booking appointments and not turning up and turning up late at night!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Beautiful well insulated flats and family friendly

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Even though the area is quite built up, the actual plot is very quiet and peaceful. There is a shop, park and a coffee shop within a 15 minute walk however if there was something a little closer it would be more convenient. Parking is limited, however transport links are very good.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Excellent customer service from both Megan and Robbie, both offered prompt responses to calls and emails and went above and beyond to answer my questions and help when I had some problems. For Megan and Robbie I would give them both 10/10 stars if I could.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We are still expecting to move in, so cannot offer much advice yet
