We have very much enjoyed living on Ashwater Road. It’s a quiet, friendly street where neighbours look out for one another. The 'London Play Streets' and the active WhatsApp group have made it easy to feel part of the community.

We have taken great care of the house and have made a number of improvements over time to make the most of the space. The south-facing garden has been a real highlight. It enjoys sun throughout the day and has been a lovely space to relax and spend time outdoors.

The location has worked very well for us. Grove Park and Lee stations are both within walking distance, and the SL4 bus provides a quick and convenient route to Canary Wharf.
We have also really valued the local area. The nearby parks are ideal for walking the dog, going for a run, or learning to ride a bike.

There are excellent local schools, and Colfe’s Leisure Centre and the Blackheath Conservatoire are both close by. We hope the next owners enjoy living here as much as we have.
