Every day I come to work, I feel grateful for the beautiful village in which I work. Tarporley really is outstanding both in terms of the community spirit and architectural splendour. This handsome and iconic home is located directly opposite my office, so there really is no excuse for us turning up late for a viewing appointment!
Offered with no chain, this semi detached house is a fine example of its type with its frontage and aesthetic appearance being classic and unspoilt and accordingly, the house is fully deserving of its Grade II Listed status. Yet this somewhat belies what is a significantly upgraded and enhanced interior which combines the original character with a host of contemporary features and quality, making this a strong contender those who want to move in and get on with life without the hassle of work and changes. Tarporley is one of Cheshire's most highly regarded villages that boasts a diverse selection of amenities including a community centre, tennis courts, convenience stores, fashion boutiques, cafes, restaurants, public houses, doctors' surgery, dentists, three Churches and a very extensive bus route. In terms of education, there is a very popular Primary School in the centre of the village that has in recent times been extended and heavily invested into.
