IF YOU LIVED HERE…

You'll love the considered mix of materials and hues found throughout your home. In your reception room, light floods through the windows to create a great sense of space, while the timber flooring gives a feeling of warmth. The bespoke carpentry not only looks great, but will be a huge convenience too.

This attention to detail continues in the kitchen, where you’ll find pristine units, stylish fittings, high spec appliances and space for a table. The bathroom has a similar style, with contemporary fittings and smart tiling. As for the bedroom, it’s immaculate with handy built-in storage.

At the rear you have a shared ogarden, which is full of rich foliage and has a charming brick patio area, perfect for al fresco dining. Beyond that, you’ll find countless amenities, including the much-lauded veg-friendly restaurant SlowBurn, the community-centred bouldering studio Yonder, the newly opened Community Sauna Baths, and the creative studio Blackhorse Workshop, which runs a variety of brilliant classes. You’re also a short hop from the Blackhorse Beer Mile, where you’ll find some of East London’s best craft beer breweries, bars and street food.

You’re just a few minutes from the fantastic Walthamstow Wetlands, which has cycle routes which lead to some of East London’s most popular destinations such as the Olympic Park.

As well as having Blackhorse Road station so nearby for the Victoria line and Suffragette Overground, in the other direction you’ve also got quick access to St James Street station for the Weaver Overground to London Liverpool Street.

About The Stow Brothers, Walthamstow & Leyton

236 Hoe Street, London, E17 3AY
Industry affiliations:

Our story. Brothers and agents with their own ideas.

Working at various local estate agents, they made a point of considering what they could do better and differently. They deconstructed the old ways, cultivating their own vision and approach. So when the first branch of Stow Brothers launched, their philosophy was clearly defined - to make the entire experience of buying or selling a property as smooth, stress-free and satisfying as possible. The Stow Brothers' style was refreshingly contemporary and open. It centred around being personable, pragmatic and proactive. Not only with their own buyers and sellers, but with others along the chain too. Andrew and Kenny recognised the power of human connection. They knew that everyone they met could potentially come full circle, and one day also become a Stow Brothers customer. A strong visual persona and appreciation of design aesthetics played a critical part in their success story too. Eight years on, The Stow Brothers have grown to become more of an extended family. They are now an established business, with over 50 staff operating from four branches across East London. However, they remain true to their guiding principles, ever-progressive in outlook, and rooted in the community that made them.

Unlike other agents we reward our staff on the quality of work not the quantity of their sales. The customer experience is at the heart of everything we do and our team are rewarded for the feedback they receive.

Our doors are always open, so if you need our free and impartial advice on buying, selling or letting a property please pop by to one of our offices for a chat.
