Description

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION MARTIN&CO are very happy to introduce this well presented fully furnished two bedroom seafront apartment to the current Folkestone rental market. Set only a few metres away from the sea front, not only does this property offer fantastic room sizes, it also offers a classy and pop cultured influenced beach home style.

The stairs of this apartment lead to a set of double doors from the front of the building. This is one of two entrances and probably the quicker of them both. As you open the doors you enter the large kitchen which is set out perfectly with integrated appliances including washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and hob with cooker. Set in country kitchen styled units finished with quirky decor, this room is not only generous in size, it can also be separated from the rest of the property by two large internal doors.

Those doors also open into the spacious living room with lots of period features, high ceilings with stunning architraves, a grand ceiling rose, feature fire place and large skirting, as this theme carries on throughout the property. The large bay window with seating area is a great place to chill and watch the world go by. As a fully furnished property there is a modern sofa, table with chairs and other creature comforts throughout the property (please refer to pictures and video tour for furniture extras).

Through the second set of double doors you enter the hallway. To the right you will see the second entrance to the property which leads out to the front of the building and communal hallway. On the left you will see the lovely family bathroom that holds a full sized bath with shower over head, a sink and toilet. The ideal place to relax and have a bath after that evening stroll on the beach or coastal park.

The next room along the hall is the secondary bedroom, the perfect room for an office from home, a guest room or even another bedroom. With views through the period feature stained glass window of Remembrance Hill and yet again set in the glorious sea side light.

The last room in the apartment is the main bedroom. With the large bay window being the first thing your eyes gaze upon, this room has a king-size bed, full sized wardrobe and a few extra creature comforts located in the room. It is also ideally located at the back of the building making it a little quieter.

The property is located not only at the beach and close to the harbour arm, Folkestone's vibrant cultural hub with bars and restaurants, the property is also a few minutes walk to the famous Folkestone coastal park. With hidden beach coves, large open spaces with perennial flowers and a zig zag walk up to the Leas and some local shops.

A 20 minute beautiful walk to the Folkestone Central train station as you will probably work your way through the cobbled streets of the old high street with art galleries and coffee shops leading through the main town.

Please do not delay as this property is very unique and will not be on the market long.
