    theres so many shops nearby. the bulding is right in the town centre so every shops is nearby. the town is very safe. its very quiet.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    they always replied and acted fast. i didnt have any issues when i moved in but the little issues i had later on were foxed quick and efficiently.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    nothing i already knew everything before moving in. the team td me everything before moving in.

    Local shops are within working distance from the octagon which give convenience to me whenever I want something from the shop.

    Whenever anything reported to front desk, it been taken effectively

    Transport links are excellent and very close, making it easy to move around the city. There are good local shops, restaurants and open spaces nearby. The area is generally quiet and convenient to live in, with regular bin collections and good access to buses and trains.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building management has generally been responsive and helpful when problems are raised. They communicate clearly and aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible, which makes living in the building more comfortable.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The area is very convenient with good transport links and local amenities nearby. It is a good location for getting around the city and having shops and restaurants within easy reach.
