Ahmed has always been very responsive as he cant escape anywhere he is either in the building or gym. ...............

Explained before moving in. But i wish i was told i will end up spending money on ALOT of shopping as all the big retail shops are so close by...........

The location is perfect. There’s a tram stop right by the building. A convenience store right outside. It’s off new street so there’re a bunch of restaurants & food spots around. It’s also close to the bullring & new street station
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t really had any problems or issues. But the manager, Ahmad, always responds even when he’s off the clock. I’ve called him at 11pm to sort something out & it was sorted by morning
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had come for a viewing before moving in. I would’ve chosen a room with a better view.

I really enjoy living in this area. There’s a good mix of local shops, cafes, and restaurants, and some nice open spaces nearby for walks and outdoor activities. Transport links are generally convenient, with buses and trains within walking distance, though it can get busy during peak hours. My street is mostly quiet and friendly; parking can be tricky at times, but bins are collected regularly. Anti-social behaviour is rare, though traffic noise is noticeable during the day. Overall, it’s a comfortable and practical place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management have been very responsive and professional. Any issues I’ve raised, whether maintenance or general queries, have been addressed promptly and efficiently, and they communicate clearly throughout the process, making it easy to resolve problems.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I don’t have anything I wish I had known before moving in, as I received all the necessary information beforehand. Everything about the development, local amenities, and facilities was clearly explained, which made the move straightforward and smooth.

Very nice, everything is within reach so i can run errands easily . The proximity to new street makes transporting easier and less dreadful to uni aand other places.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, i had a leaking problem in my toilet and they were very responsive and came to fix it within two business days. I had scheduling issues so they also tried their best to find a time that we can both do. I had to leave but the safety we feel made it ok for me to leave staff alone in my room

That rent increases significantly and that there are no storage facilities
