Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The property is ideally located in the heart of the city. The city centre, cinema, gaming zones, and a variety of restaurants are all within a 10-minute walk. There are also convenient local shops nearby, including Sainsbury’s and Londis. The transport connections are excellent, making it easy to get around. A canal is located close by, and Abbey Park is just a 10–15 minute walk away, which is perfect for relaxing outdoors. The building offers on-site parking and has a well-maintained waste disposal facility. Overall, it’s a very convenient and well-connected place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everytime on time. Be it related to fixtures or water or general maintenance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how active and community-focused the development is. The regular events and shared spaces like the gym and working pods make it easy to meet people and feel part of a community, which has been a pleasant surprise.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very well located. Close to small shop and very close to the main city centre. It’s also well located to the university and public parking spaces. Parking on the street is permit only. It’s a very quiet building and you cannot hear road traffic from the building

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not had any maintenance issues. But staff are always available to help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking around the area not being possible as all permits had already been allocated for this year.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

One of the best things about living here is the location. It’s incredibly convenient, with shops just a short walk away and easy access to the city centre. It’s also really well placed for the universities, which makes getting to campus quick and stress-free. Despite being so close to everything, the building itself is surprisingly quiet. Living on the upper levels, I rarely hear any outside noise, which makes it a really peaceful place to relax or study. Traffic in the area is also minimal, so it never feels overly busy or disruptive. Overall, it’s a great balance of being close to everything you need while still feeling calm and comfortable to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not had any maintenance issues yet but staff are on hand to help

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Potentially that the council rarely give any parking permits out for around the building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area has been a very positive experience overall. One of the best aspects is the close proximity to the riverside, which is my favourite part of the area. It provides a peaceful space for walks, fresh air and a break from city life, while still being close to all amenities. There is a good range of local shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants within walking distance, making everyday errands convenient. The city centre is easily accessible and offers additional retail and dining options. Living on the street itself is generally quiet and feels safe. Bin collections are regular and well organised.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has responded very well to any issues I have raised. The staff are genuinely kind, approachable and professional. On-site maintenance support is good, and any concerns have been handled efficiently through the reporting system. Communication is clear, and follow-ups are timely, which gives reassurance that matters are taken seriously. Overall, the management team is supportive and proactive in maintaining a positive living environment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how strong the sense of community is within the development. The organised events and shared facilities like the work-from-home meeting rooms really help residents connect, which isn’t always obvious during a viewing. It’s also helpful to familiarise yourself with the resident app early on, as it makes reporting maintenance and staying updated very easy. Overall, I would suggest making full use of the facilities and nearby riverside walks, they truly enhance the living experience beyond what you see during a standard viewing.

Local area has a shop and city centre nearby. Little park not much greenery . Nice and active without being too noisy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded well but could be slightly more timely. They seem very busy

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything was listed as is however maybe the limited parking should be mentioned
