Coppermaker Square, E20
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We have lived here for 2.5 years now and absolutely love living at Coopermaker Square. The buildings are luxury and there is no other development in the area that competes on the quality and being dog friendly. We have a lab who is loved by the entire management team (especially Joanna who is amazing) and he loves the garden space which most developments do not have. Only improvement would be access to parking downstairs for non-disabled badge owners! The location is excellent, close to Westfield, east village, Olympic park, a huge amount of green walks and restaurants to choose from. We wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. Maintenance team are excellent whenever you have a problem and Joanna in the management team is always so helpful.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they are brilliant and always sort out problems within a few days. Very friendly!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We wish the parking was available for residents - we would happily pay a few hundred extra for this!
Manager's response5Dear Emma, thank you so much for your wonderful and detailed review. We’re absolutely delighted to hear how much you’ve enjoyed your time at Coppermaker Square over the past 2.5 years. It’s especially lovely to know that the facilities, and the community, including the dog-friendly environment have made such a positive impact on your experience. A special thank you for your kind words about Joanna. She truly goes above and beyond for our residents, and we’ll be sure to share your feedback with her and the wider team. We’re also thrilled to hear that the concierge and maintenance teams have consistently provided great service. Wishing you all the very best as you prepare for your new arrival, such an exciting time. We’re glad we could help make this journey a little easier for you. Thank you again for your recommendation, and for being such a valued part of the Coppermaker Square community. Best regards, The Coppermaker Square Team.

Momento Hayes, UB3
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living at Momento Hayes Apartment in the pass 6-7months has been such a fun and easygoing experience! The area has a great vibe—everything you need is basically on your doorstep. There’s a solid mix of shops, handy supermarkets, and plenty of food options when you can’t be bothered to cook (which is often 😄). One of the best bits is how well connected it is. The Elizabeth Line is a total game changer—zoom into Central London in no time, which makes commuting or spontaneous city plans super easy. Buses are reliable too, so getting around is never a hassle. The street itself is pretty chilled, with a friendly, lived-in feel. It’s generally quiet at night, so you can actually relax, but still lively enough during the day to not feel boring. Parking can get a bit competitive at times, but nothing too dramatic. Bin collections are regular (no horror stories there!), and the area is kept tidy. Every now and then you’ll hear a bit of traffic, but honestly it just reminds you how well connected you are. Overall, it’s a great mix of convenience, comfort, and just enough buzz to keep things interesting—definitely a place you enjoy coming home to!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The maintenance team is knowledgeable, efficient, and always able to fix issues quickly, making living here hassle-free and stress-free.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I’d known before moving in is how much fun the building community can be their little get-togethers and parties are super great! Plus, the team so helpful makes everything else a breeze. Just bring a smile and you’ll fit right in!
Manager's response5Hi Wenji, Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience living at Momento Hayes Apartment! We're thrilled to hear that our modern design, great use of space, and responsive management team have made your stay enjoyable. We pride ourselves on providing a clean and welcoming environment for our residents. Thank you for choosing to call Momento Hayes home, and we look forward to continuing to exceed your expectations. 5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I wish there were a more range of bars and restaurants that are modern like Fern. I do like the coffee shops nearby but the street needs a bit of an update
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There was an issue with heating that I raised in the morning, and it was fixed in the afternoon
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew cinema room etc required a fee. Although this wouldn’t have stopped me from renting, it feels like this shouldn’t be a cost

Momento Hayes, UB3
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I have had a very positive experience living at Momento Hayes. The development offers a modern and stylish living environment with high-quality finishes that genuinely give a luxury feel. The apartments are well designed, bright, and comfortable, making everyday living enjoyable. The on-site amenities such as the gym, co-working areas, and social spaces are a major advantage, especially for professionals who prefer convenience within their building. One of the biggest highlights is the excellent transport connectivity. Being within walking distance of Hayes & Harlington station makes commuting into Central London very easy, particularly with the Elizabeth Line providing fast and reliable access. The surrounding area also has useful shops and supermarkets, which adds to the practicality of the location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has been extremely supportive and proactive whenever any issues were raised. They respond quickly, communicate clearly, and ensure problems are resolved efficiently. They also organise resident events and social gatherings, which create a welcoming community atmosphere and make living here feel more enjoyable and connected
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Of course, no place is perfect. The rent can feel a little “luxury-level” for the wallet, so your bank account might need a quick pep talk each month. The area also gets quite lively during peak hours — great if you enjoy a bit of city buzz, less ideal if you are practising your monk-like peace and quiet. And while there are some outdoor spots around, serious nature lovers may still find themselves planning weekend escapes to get their full dose of greenery
Manager's response5Hi Chen, Thank you for your kind words! We are dedicated to providing top-notch management and maintenance services to ensure a stress-free living experience for our residents. Our commitment to security and cleanliness is a top priority for us. We appreciate your feedback! Thanks Ha Community Manager

Momento Hayes, UB3
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in Momento Hayes has its pros and cons. The area benefits from excellent transport links, with Heathrow Airport nearby and easy access to the Lizzy Line, making commuting straightforward. Local bus services are frequent, though peak times can get crowded. Parking on the street can be limited, and traffic noise is noticeable, especially during early mornings and evenings. Bin collections are generally reliable, and the street is fairly safe with minimal anti-social behavior. Shops and restaurants are decent for day-to-day needs, with a few local cafes and takeaway options nearby. For a wider range of shops, a short drive or train ride takes you to larger commercial areas. Open spaces are limited, but small parks provide a place to relax or walk pets. Overall, it’s convenient for travel and practical daily living, though it can feel busy and slightly noisy due to proximity to Heathrow and local traffic.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded quickly and efficiently, resolving any issues fairly and keeping me informed throughout the process.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Highly recommend living here management is brilliant, amenities are top-notch, and the free coffee is a lifesaver! Just be ready for the occasional ‘Heathrow jet soundtrack’ and a parking game of skill. Totally worth it though!”
Manager's response5Hi Stacey, Thank you so much for your kind words! We are thrilled to hear that you are enjoying your living experience with us and appreciate your recognition of our dedicated management and top-notch facilities. We strive to provide our residents with the best in modern and practical living, and we are glad to hear that we have met your expectations.
