Bus connection in place to the town from the whole development. Pub nearby is very welcoming with a fantastic fireplace
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have no issues as yet hopefully they will respond accordingly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Ask to see many plots as some are quite overlooked, Basic things that are allowed for example washing lines? Satellite dish, it explains in the after parts but not on viewing.

Transport links to London and Brighton are great. Pubs are very inviting, shops are a drive away but it will be on a bus route soon
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded well to any enquiries I have had.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Look at storage if moving from a previous home if many years, you may need to buy extra, although the built in wardrobe is great.

The location of the house is exactly what we were looking for, offering a peaceful setting away from the noise of the city centre. Despite this, it boasts excellent proximity to nearby towns and cities, with a train station conveniently located not too far away. EV charging is something that is not nearby, however, possible to purchase for your home. We appreciate having allocated parking spaces; however, we often find many cars parked on the street instead of within their allocated parking spaces. Additionally, children frequently play near our cars with a soccer ball, which has already led to an incident where my car was hit, despite requests from both me and our neighbour to avoid playing near our properties. They also run around without adult supervision and ride bikes on the street without helmets, which I find concerning since the road is not and shouldn’t be considered as playground for safety purposes.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There were no problems so far which would needed escalation to building management.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The amount of families with young children living on the street considering the nuisance and screams during weekends and after school hours.

Parking is great but we have not had a chance to see the local amenities yet nor plans bus routes etc

So far the communication has been great. We are very happy so far.

Any plans for amenities like shops and restaurants etc.

The neighbourhood is wonderfully situated. The communal areas and landscaping have been thoughtfully designed. Although some sections are still being built, it is obvious that the completed development will be an exceptional place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
As we have only just moved into the property, we have not had any reason to contact the building management regarding any issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I cannot think of anything I wish I had known beforehand. Ryan was incredibly transparent and ensured we had every detail required to make our decision with absolute confidence.
