Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is very nice, clean, and quiet with a pleasant environment and good open spaces. It feels safe and peaceful for living. The only inconvenience is that a vehicle is usually needed to reach grocery stores and nearby supermarkets, as most shops are not within easy walking distance
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I am new here and have not raised any issues yet, but the management and staff seem helpful and responsive.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I am new to the area, so I am still getting familiar with the development and neighbourhood. So far it seems clean, quiet, and well maintained

I love how convenient it is to local shops and that I can walk to my Dr. The road is a bit narrow but now that the roads are being finished it will be loads better:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is very convenient to live in. There is a good range of shops within walking distance, as well as several nice green spaces nearby for walks. The street itself is generally quiet and feels safe. Bin collections are regular and well organised, and we have not experienced any anti-social behaviour. Overall it is a comfortable and well-connected neighbourhood to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded quickly and professionally to any questions or small issues we raised. Communication has been easy and friendly, and problems were resolved without delays.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly there were no major surprises after moving in. The experience has been very consistent with what we expected from the viewing and communication beforehand.
Manager's response4Thank you for your fantastic feedback; we’re delighted to hear you’ve had such a positive and stress-free experience, and that you’re enjoying both the development and the local area. It’s great to know our team’s communication and responsiveness have made a difference, and we really appreciate your recommendation.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The estate is close to many supermarkets, schools and even the hospital. Is a bit more out of the way for restaurants and bars etc, however, due to this it does reward with a quiet way of living. Roads are quite narrow especially when you’re parked on the road and can get quite busy when parents are collecting children from the gym, however, there is plenty of drive space to fit 2 cars per household. The estate is always left clean and there is rarely litter flying around.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have not dealt with any issues to comment so n/a
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The gym can get very busy around end of working day and can at times be difficult to navigate round to your home
Manager's response4Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re really pleased to hear that you’re enjoying the layout of your home, particularly the added privacy of the living space and the storage available throughout the property. It’s also great to know that the location of the estate and the quieter surroundings are working well for you, and that the community initiatives and activities are helping to bring residents together; this is something we’re keen to continue building on. We appreciate your feedback regarding the minor fitting issues and the heating and water system. Comments like this are really helpful for us and our development partners as we continue to improve the experience for residents. If there are any items you would like our team to take a closer look at, please do feel free to reach out. Thank you again for your recommendation and for being part of the community.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I cannot really comment as the tenant has not moved in yet. However the road has not been finished yet and there was somebody else parked on our drive when we went to the property 19.02.26
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The back gate had been fixed promptly after I had reported it was missing from the viewing. Alisha gave a very swift reply when I had reported all he mail including collections for utility companies.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Maybe that the property would require two different utility accounts for water.
