We’ve really enjoyed living here. The house has been easy to maintain, and the layout works well for day-to-day life. The dining room and kitchen being open plan is something we’ve particularly liked, as it makes the space feel sociable and bright.

The location has been ideal for us. Cottingham Village Centre is just a short walk away, so we’ve always had everything we need close by, from shops to places to grab a coffee. It’s also been handy being near Hull University, as it’s brought a nice energy to the area.

The garden has been a lovely space to relax in, especially in the mornings when the sun comes up. It’s a manageable size, so it’s never felt like a chore to keep it looking nice.

We think this house would suit a lot of different people, whether it’s a first home, a rental investment, or even for someone looking to downsize. It’s been a great home for us, and we hope the next owners enjoy it as much as we have.
