There were also no trees so no pine needles.. Major bonus! The other big appeal was the location. Elms Avenue is a fantastic road with lovely people and beautiful houses. There are no flats on Elms or Pearce Avenue. To be so close to the waters edge and have a fantastic garden with a beautiful swimming pool and pool house was the icing on the cake.
