5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Trilogy is well placed with super convenient transport links with the tram and bus. The Banyan Tree close by is a really lovely cafe to have as well as the nearby Tesco and Co-op grocery stores. The apartment building is generally quite quiet and I have had very little disturbance living here. The streets are generally also quiet, apart from the odd person on the odd weekend.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management have been super responsive and helpful with all issues. I've had a couple of times where they have come out to change a fire alarm battery or support with my central heating and each time I've been met with friendly and professional people that have solved the issues every time.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I’ve really enjoyed living in the trilogy. Locality to shops, the people, staff has made living experience a joy. Everyone is super friendly. Having a parking space has made my commute so convenient and whenever I’ve had an issue it’s been resolved in a timely manner. I honestly have no complaints besides the monthly resident social stopping. Funmi and Muneeb are honestly the greatest! Always such a pleasure to see them.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always been prompt and no issues to raise. Had issues securing a fob for the car park but was swiftly sorted.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Just want the resident social to come back. Use to be such a good way to meet the community here. But beyond that I’ve loved loving here.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The trilogy is situated near a co-op, Tesco and Morrisons and is a really short walk to the canal where you can walk down to bars and restaurants and into the city of Manchester. As someone who didn’t know Manchester before I moved here, it’s an ideal location and there’s also a new reformer Pilates studio that has opened up a 5 minute walk away. Having the tram stop so close is ideal as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have always been prompt and resolved any issue
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That there are many events throughout the month, it’s great to be in a building that organises events for the residents

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very good facilities, close to amenities and easy to get into town . Good community within the building and area. Ideal transport links due to the local tram stop 8 minutes away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly and efficiently. I had a few teething issues moving in which were quickly sorted such as light bulbs needing to be replaced after a week or two from previous tenants. The concierge is always clean and cheerful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
No surprises when I moved in. I was impressed with the gym and constant events on within the building which was a good surprise. Would recommend trilogy.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Nice area, good parking and access to the city and canals. Good travel links outside of the city. Traffic is bit noisy, but par for the course living near a main road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management were quick to respond on queries with the car park and getting a door pass.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The social events - they’re fun and a good way to bring people together
