    The location is excellent. The landscaping and general living areas are beautifully designed. While some parts of the development are still under construction, it is clear that it will be absolutely fantastic once everything is fully completed.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We have only recently moved in and have not yet needed to raise any problems or issues with the building management team.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    There is honestly nothing I wish I had known before moving in, simply because Ryan provided all the necessary information upfront. His thoroughness and guidance were incredibly helpful in our decision to secure this home.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Local facilities in the village and that are nearby are excellent for a village Excellent transportation links to A14 and via the train line. Parking is ok for now but access can be tough with the primary school close by. Bin collections are good but due to change with the new bins in June. Not much traffic noise as such but the development is not finished as of yet so is not fully occupied so only noise mostly is from the builders. No anti social behaviour yet but the development is not fully occupied.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Lack or poor response in answers or time of request. Some issues have been resolved quickly whilst others have been very slow.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Had to purchase bins for the property from the council. Would be good if they were already at the property.

    Lovely and quiet place to live. Local pub just up the road and no major traffic/works noise! So quiet at night you feel like you should whisper!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very speedily. Minor issues reported but solved within days!

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Clarity on if solar is/will be installed. It shows on our distribution board but no panels appear to be installed.

    We were alittle apprehensive about moving away from the coast to hailsham, but wow we are so glad we did. Free parking, easy access to shops and doctors. Hailsham could do with a few more shops, but thats said of all towns now. Brilliant bakery, and boutique shop and the crown serves excellent breakfast if you ever fancy it!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Leaf living app, is easy to use if you need things fixed or help with heating apps etc.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The keyless door took a little getting used to. But now, its easy!

    5 mins from supermarket and park. 1 mile from train station. Excellent access to things locally. Really like the development. Family minded and feels safe.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Only moved in last week so not reported yet but system looks easy to use.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Order the bins early to avoid the wait. Otherwise been seamless.
